Vicente E. Peralta - BIO:

Vicente Enrique was born in Manhattan, NY. He's the youngest of 5 siblings of Spanish-Italian-Ecuadorian descent, married since 2001 to Caroline, born and raised in , Sweden.

At the age of 2 he was sent to live with his grandparents in Ecuador. Early in his childhood he was granted a Soccer Scholarship and in the 1980's when he came back to New York he enrolled in organized soccer, baseball and boxing along with almost every other "street sport" recreationally.

Those interests led him on a path to learn more about physical education, exercise science, body building, self defense, swimming, boxing, rock climbing, track and field, sports medicine and post rehab training etc.

With 11 years, and plenty more to come of researching and discovering has helped Vicente become a Fitness Counselor, Personal Fitness Trainer and Boxing Coach.

His career path emerged out of pure love and, at the time, a "compulsive" passion that now has been arranged into a positive lifestyle of optimum health and wellness.

During his adolescence he volunteered as a New York City Guardian Angel. Vicente recently auctioned off Personal Training Services for "The Association for Battered Women" and presented a seminar for the DEA ( Drug Enforcement Agency ) "Explorer Program".

Vicente's Personal Fitness Training career began at "The River Terrace Health Club" ,NYC and "London Terrace Health Club", NYC, while rendering Personal Training services as a private contractor at various health clubs and client homes.

He has successfully accomplished 4 certifications for Fitness Counseling and Personal Training, most current one is with National Academy of Sports Medicine ( NASM, http://www.nasm.org/ ), member of the International Fitness Professional Association ( IDEA, http://www.ideafit.com/ ), USA Boxing and continuing education training seminars in Pilate's core training, kick boxing and gymnastics etc.
All this adds innovation to his Physical Fitness Training approach.

Vicente's ultimate goal is to simplify the overwhelming scientific facts about fitness by providing anyone ready and willing to appreciate why he believes his Commitment Made Easy TM Programs (4 steps, 4 reasons and 2 methods ) is what all need to conquer a fitness lifestyle.
