5 Week Program:
- 2 sessions/week minimum. All 5 weeks must be scheduled in advance, to your discretion (by weekly). Guests are also welcome to join the program!
- No cancellations, just for very real emergencies.
- All re-schedule sessions must be made within 48-24 hours (minimum), with mutual agreement.
- Punctual to all scheduled and re-scheduled sessions, 5 min tardiness max.
-Perfect attendance: 1 complimentary session award. Award session must be scheduled within 10 days of approval.
- Body composition assessments.
-"Resting Heart Rate" assessments and "Training Zone Tracking".
10 and 15 week programs also available, under same regulations!
(10 week perfect attendance: 2 award sessions, 15 days to complete)
( 15 week perfect attendance: 3 award sessions, 20 days to complete)
Rates: Personal Training $110/ 1 hour-session, $60/half hour-session. Programs $90/ 1 hour-session, $50/half hour-session
Boxing Specialty: Single session $210/session, Programs $190/session
